After over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the Industrial, Construction and Agricultural Machinery Industries, recruiting and hiring technical professionals and managers, Art founded this professional recruiting business in 1999 with the goal of more effectively meeting the key staffing needs of his clients.

Art makes it his first priority to develop high quality relationships with the premium corporations in the industry, many of whom he has worked with or competed against in his career.

He considers himself a Professional Staffing Consultant with the vision of providing premium staffing solutions by delivering the most qualified candidates to his clients on a timely basis.

He strives to provide the strategic candidate; the senior leader or the technical professional who not only possesses the specific skills, experience and market knowledge required, but also has the specific management and professional style and operational values coveted by his clients.

Art's business focus is in General Manufacturing with an emphasis on mobile equipment manufacturers and their suppliers. This includes companies producing Industrial, Construction, and Agricultural Machinery and Components. He has placed management and technical professionals from executive level down to entry level and is willing to take on any staffing challenge his clients have.

Art is married with 4 children and 10 grandchildren. He enjoys living in beautiful in Southern Oregon, fishing, boating, swimming, reading, movies, and travel with wife and family.
